JANTSA, turkey's largest Wheel manufacturer, was established in Atca in 1977 where it produced its first three-piece 5.50-16 SDC Commercial Vehicle Wheel. A decade later JANTSA proudly offered a product range which approached 200 sizes in more than 2,000 different designs and models.

Improving production year after year, JANTSA expanded its Plant, which is now located near the town of Umurlu, covering an area of 100,000 square meters where annual production capacity now reaches 2,000,000 wheels, of which 75% are exported to over 80 countries worldwide.

JANTSA is dedicated to quality improvement through investment in Technology, R & D and Human Resources and to increasing capacity.

JANTSA's mission will always be to produce and supply the best quality by meeting and exceeding our customer's expectations.

JANTSA's Manufacturing Plant is certified by Bureau Veritas Quality International (BVQI) under ISO 9001:2000 and ISO TS 6949:2000 certifications and has also recently been awarded ISO 14001 Environment Management System and OHSAS 18001 (Occupational Health & Safety) certificates.

JANTSA's R &D center maintains continuous efforts to improve product quality, designs & models and makes a significant contribution to our flexible manufacturing systems and models.

JANTSA's Plant layout can be summarised as follows:

Raw material receiving and stock area.

Three (3) Steel Coil CTL lines (Wheel diameters from 355mm to 1,066mm and thicknesses from 3.5mm to 15mm).

Six (6) Welding lines to weld Rims and Side Flanges.

Nine (9) Flow Forming lines for profiling Rims and Discs.

Eight (8) Press lines for profiling discs.

Eight (8) Assembly lines to install discs to rims for diffrent Wheel designs.

Two (2) Paint lines with high-tech Cataphoresis (e-coat) coating and finish.

In-House Tooling shop.
