» Jantsa supports archeological excavations of the Ancient City of Nysa
Jantsa, as a corporate social responsible company is still resuming sponsorship of archeological excavations of the Ancient City of Nysa. One of the most important culture and touristic center in Turkey; Nysa is visited every year by thousands of tourists. With its horseshoe planned theater, which has a spectator capacity of 12,000, Agora encloses with double row column on four sides. The stadium is also used as an anfi-theatre, the best protected archaic age library of Turkey with its city walls belonging to the Byzantium age and its holy temple named as Akharaka during the ancient ages. Jantsa, who has supported the excavations since 2000 with expenses of more than two hundred thousand dollars to date, is planning to carry on its sponsorship in the future by emphasizing on stage restoration of the ancient theatre. |
