In Sultanhisar, with a ceremony on April 25th 2008, Şefik Çerçioğlu has completed the foundation of a student dormitory that can facilitate 500 students. The dormitory lies on a 9.579 square meter area with a height of 2.117 square meters, which has a total area of 10.652 square meters.

The dormitory will consist of 5 floors - basement, lobby, and 3 standard floors. The basement will be equipped with a kitchen, entertainment room and cafeteria. The entrance will have a registration area, security room, doctor room and 4 elevators that could hold up to 5 people each and stops on all 5 floors of the dorm. Top floors will have 43 rooms for 4, 20 rooms for 2 for male students and an equal amount of rooms of 20 for 2 for the females. In addition to the rooms for female and male students, there will also be a mutual library with a study hall and private study rooms.

In total, the dormitory will have 116 rooms with a capacity of 504 individuals. Each room will have a bathroom, 24 hours hot water, TV, internet, including a personal study table and closet wardrobe.
