» Jantsa investments are still moving forward: 2 new WF machines
Jantsa, on the quest to increase quality and production capability is on a fast pace to make the necessary investments to achieve this goal. Two WF machines have been purchased in July, 2007 and are going to be put to work in upcoming production. With the help of these machines, we will be able to spin a disk in as little as 30 seconds and it will be shaped to meet international standards. Also, this will reduce any defects to a minimum during assembly process. With this, Jantsa will get even stronger due to the fact that these machines will be included to robotics machines category since they operate automatically without man power. The machines that will be put into production in the near future have some details specified in the list below:
·Power of main spindle drive 300kW
·Revolution number of main spindle 200-700rpm
·Stroke of ejector cylinder 300 mm
·Force of ejector cylinder 100kN
“The 2 new fully automated disc lines that will begin its cycle this year will move Jantsa production to another level” says Jantsa Production Manager Mr. Harun Peynirci. Due to this new approach in production we are moving forward to our aimed production standards and to minimize all possible defects and errors.
“The new disc lines that will be in use will consist of the latest technology for production. The WF spun machines that will be installed to these lines, fastening the pace of the spun process, will also move our quality to the equivalent pace. In addition, after the WF machines are installed, there will be newly designed press and lathe machine that will add more production capacity and more importantly work safety” says Mr. Peynirci. Due to these new designed machines, the workers at operations will get tired a lot less and also be further away from the machine, which adds a meaning to work safety.
