While ordering, it would be favorable in such cases to submit a sample or drawing showing the specifications mentioned above.

  GENERAL INFORMATION & TECHNICAL EXPLANATIONS

Modem steel disc wheels essentially consists of rim and wheel disc. The rim serves as seat of tyre, the wheel disc connects the rim to the wheel hub. The terms "rim" and "wheel" are often confused in colloquial speech. This may cause misunderstandings and lead to faulty deliveries in carrying out an order. You are therefore requested always to indicate unmistakable designations for the parts you order by admitting an exact identification of the wheel in all technical details.
All JANTSA disc wheels are marked mostly on the front side of the disc in the area of the stud holes with our trademark, the wheel number, rim size and production date. Due to legal provisions or at the request of our customer, further indications may be stamped on it.

When placing your order, you only need to indicate the wheel numbers listed in the price list. In these tables you will also find all technical data required.
The list contains most of our current range of products. If you do not find a wheel that responds to your needs and requirements, you are requested to state the following details in your inquiry.

  RIMS
Rim serves as seat of tire. We can obtain information about the dimensions and the rim profile by means of the rim designation. The distinction can simply be made between two groups. The sign ("x" or "-" ) placed between rim width and rim diameter shows the particular group of that rim.
    For example:
    The "x" sign indicates a one-piece rim such as;
    15° drop center rims (22.5x9.00) Drop center rims (4.50Exl6) Wide base rims (W14Lx30)
    The "-" sign indicates a multipiece rim such as;

Semi-drop center rims (5.50-16) Tapered bead seat rims (8.5-20) Flat base rims (10.00V-20)
Rims, just as the pertinent tires are standardized both nationally (TSE) and internationally (ETRTO.TRA, ISO, etc..) and thus interchangeable.

  DISCS
Wheel disc serves to connect the rim to the hub. Their forms are influenced by the form of the rim, axle connection, brake contour, brake cooling, hubcap installation, requirement for high loading capacity with low wheel weight, as well as requests for attractive appearance (styling).
